Home Essentials USA, operated by Being Master LLC, wants you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

Email us at bahaudin@live.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
We will reply with return instructions, including where to send the item.
Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on PayPal's processing times.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at bahaudin@live.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used in a way that prevents resale may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure, email us first.
